#6 Commandment

From Exodus 20:1-17

6  Thou shalt not kill.
This commandment is often used to argue things like capital punishment.  The fact is, this verse is for you and me towards one another but the one appointed to carry the sward (the law)  is not in vain but to execute wrath on them that commit evil.  Ro 13:4 For he is the minister of God to thee for good. But if thou do that which is evil, be afraid; for he beareth not the sword in vain: for he is the minister of God, a revenger to execute wrath upon him that doeth evil.

This commandment is explained and discussed here.  Take 30 minutes and listen and learn what this means to you.  Come to Jesus today, let him teach you wisdom right now.
